Multi coloured muffins
On Tuesday the 13th of February my class and I had cooking class. For class that day we were learning how to make multi coloured muffins. We Learnt how to make the batter with only 6 ingredients. We also learnt how to fold the batter instead of mixing it. After that our teacher taught us how scoop the batter and place it into the tin without any batter getting on the table/floor/tin. It is called multi coloured muffins because one of the main ingredients is food colouring. We baked them for 15 minutes at 180oC and waited patiently. When they where done we had a nice pinked coloured muffin ( we used pink food colouring ). It tasted really nice and it was really easy to make.
